When out of staters mess with the rights of another

Kfyr Radio reports
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) _ The nation's largest atheist group is suing North Dakota officials over the Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch.
The Wisconsin-based Freedom From Religion Foundation says public money is used for services to troubled youth -- and that the Boys and Girls Ranch religiously ``indoctrinates'' youth.
The group wants a judge to declare a violation of the constitutional separation of church and state.
The lawsuit is filed in federal court in Bismarck against Lisa Bjergaard, director of juvenile services for the state Department of Corrections, and Ward County Social Services director Daniel Richter. Bjergaard said she had not seen the lawsuit and declined comment. Richter did not immediately return a telephone call.

No one in North Dakota has ever complained, but some dang Easterners think that a group in North Dakota is wrong for trying to help troubled youth is wrong for introducing faith into the kid's lives... I don't understand why 'atheists' are so afraid of a God that they claim doesn't exist.

It's bad enough that we have to deal with Federal Intrusion on our way of life, but to have a group try to force their views that has NO Constitutional basis irritates me.

Let's hope your Governor has the balls to oppose this crap.
